This is an in-person Breathwork healing group at Greater Life Grief Counseling in Malta.

Dress in comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle. Eye pillow/covering (optional).

Eat lightly, it is not recommended to eat a large meal before Breathwork.

No experience with Breathwork or meditation is necessary.
